These terms apply when you use sociaphase.com and ca.sociaphase.com, which are run by Thriveark Inc. (Sociaphase), Montréal, Québec. By using these websites, you agree to them. Work we do for you as a client is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

The content of our websites is provided for general information and may change without notice. Please do not misuse the websites, for example by trying to disrupt them, gain unauthorised access, or send automated or abusive messages through our forms.

The homepage check is free and comes with no obligation. It is our professional opinion, given in good faith and based only on what any visitor can see on your website. It is not a guarantee of results, and you decide what, if anything, to change. We never ask for access to your website for it. We may decline a request, for example if it falls outside what we do.

If you hire us, the scope, timeline and fees are set out in a written proposal before any work starts. That proposal and its terms govern the project.

The text, design, logo and images on our websites belong to Thriveark Inc. or to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission. Client work shown in our portfolio is presented with our clients’ permission and remains subject to their rights.

Our websites link to other sites, such as WhatsApp and the websites of our clients. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our websites are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of our websites or from acting on the free homepage check. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Québec or Canadian consumer protection laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montréal. These terms are available in French and English.
